Bright Start International Conference – Montessori’s Vision in Action
Montessori Global Education is delighted to be presenting a series of sessions at the 2024 Bright Start International Conference – Early Years Excellence in Practice. This exciting conference – co-organised between Bright Start Foundation and University College London (UCL) – will be hosted both online and in-person at UCL East in London, from November 22-24, 2024.
With 80+ sessions from leading experts in early childhood education from around the world, the conference also includes the 1st international forum on Leadership and Professionalism in Early Childhood, the annual Voices of Children Pedagogy Leaders Forum – and much more. The first in our new essential conference series, for anyone and everyone with an interest in enhancing the value of education. Engage with colleagues, inspirational leaders and educators applying Montessori within a wide range of contemporary contexts. Hear, see and discuss the Montessori Philosophy in action in order to change lives and transform educational opportunities of today.
Our Global Conference series, The View, is to be focused on Education and Social Change. This is a timely opportunity to re-engage with Montessori principles and expand our commitment to being part of an innovative and engaging community of practitioners, educators and community advocates for the promotion of equal educational opportunities for all children.
Join with us for the first of many regular Professional Development events designed to be engaging and immersive, supporting you to take part in dynamic learning and networking activity and be inspired by the programme we have created. We are offering interactive seminars and presentations by leading academics from world-class institutions. Our international conferences will always address the most pressing subjects in the fields of education, community, and social change and with attendees joining from all over the world, our speakers will inspire, connect, and support us as we work to help shape the future of educational projects, innovations, and partnerships on national and international levels.

Our seminar on “Building confidence in our educators when faced with inspection” takes place on 24th September. It will provide key insights into how a quality assurance programme can prepare early years staff for the challenges that inspection might bring! The session will be led by Karen Chetwynd, lead Quality Enhancement specialist & experienced quality standards assessor and Preeti Patel, leading educationalist from Montessori Group.

The Montessori Group was an exhibitor at the Childcare and Education EXPO North event at Bolton Whites Hotel.
The event provided an opportunity for visitors to network with the early years community, discovering fresh approaches to teaching and engagement.
We were also very pleased to have Preeti Patel, our Head of Education, taking part in the Saturday panel discussion on “A flourishing future for the sector – what are the key issues to unlock?”

Nursery World
Nursery World Show – 29/30 April 2022
Montessori Group was an exhibitor and marketing partner at the 2022 Nursery World Show on 29th and 30th April, at the Business Design Centre in London. It was wonderful to meet colleagues – both old and new – as well as our students and graduates.
Getting the opportunity to connect with familiar faces and forge new relationships – and all in person! – was truly a rewarding experience.
Preeti Patel, Head of Education and Jess O’Brien, Partnerships Manager were both present at the event, meeting the broad range of early years educators, practitioners, students and other professionals that visited our stand.
