We were pleased to take part in Best Beginnings: The power of early years to equip children for school, a national conference that brought together pedagogy, policy, and practice to reflect on how young children can be best supported as they begin their primary school journey.

As exhibitors, we had the opportunity to engage with sector colleagues, exchange insights, and reaffirm our shared commitment to child-centred learning, quality practice, and meaningful impact in the early years.

Bright Start International Conference
13–15 November London & Abu Dhabi + Online

We were delighted to be part of this global gathering once again. The 2025 conference focused on Championing Inclusion and Social Justice in Early Childhood & Primary Education.

The Bright Start International Conference brought together educators, researchers, and leaders in early childhood and primary education to exchange knowledge, inspire innovation, and promote inclusive, socially just learning. Taking place simultaneously in London and Abu Dhabi – and streamed worldwide – the event offered attendees meaningful opportunities to engage in dialogue and explore practices shaping the future of education for children aged 0–8.

Montessori Global Education at Bright Start 2025

This year, we were proud to partner with the Bright Start Foundation to deliver the Montessori Vision in Action track, featuring a series of sessions that brought Montessori principles to life through contemporary practice and research, with contributions from our team alongside other expert speakers.

Delegates in London also had the chance to explore the Montessori Exploration Zone, an interactive space designed to experience Montessori learning in action.

We were thrilled to connect with our global community of educators, share insights, and celebrate excellence in early childhood education at this year’s conference.

Montessori Global Awards Ceremony
14 November | London

In 2025, the Montessori Global Awards were celebrated for the first time through a live, in-person ceremony in London. The event brought together educators, community initiatives, and learning environments that have demonstrated outstanding commitment and impact in education.

The ceremony highlighted the breadth and purpose of child-centred education today – from grassroots projects expanding access, to museums reimagining creativity, to educators shaping inclusive and nurturing spaces. Each Award Recipient exemplified excellence in action, reflecting the dedication, innovation, and care that define high-quality education worldwide.

The ceremony marked a significant moment in the ongoing journey to advance meaningful and inclusive education for children, families, and communities around the world.

Childcare & Education EXPO Midlands

26-27 September 2025 | Coventry Building Society Arena, UK

Montessori Global Education was delighted to take part in the Childcare & Education Expo Midlands – one of the UK’s leading events for early years and education professionals.

Our Director of Programmes, Preeti Patel, took part in a session at the Share & Support Hub on Inclusive Leadership: Building a Brilliant Place to Work, encouraging collaboration and peer learning across the sector.

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow education professionals and explore the innovations shaping the future of early education.

Nursery World’s Big Day Out

Montessori Global Education proudly presented its STAR Framework at Nursery World’s Big Day Out, the UK’s largest early years festival.

Our CEO, Karen Chetwynd, and Hayley Williams led a session on How Working in Innovative Local Partnerships Gives Children the Best Start in Life, while Preeti Patel, our Director of Programmes, and Karen Chetwynd delivered The Art of Observation workshop.

It was wonderful to meet so many passionate educators and share ideas that inspire and nurture quality early years practice.

Childcare & Education EXPO 2025

Bright Start International Conference – Montessori’s Vision in Action

Montessori Global Education was honoured to take part in the Bright Start International Conference – Early Years Excellence in Practice, co-hosted by Bright Start Foundation and University College London.

Our sessions, under the theme Montessori’s Vision in Action, highlighted innovations that unlock children’s potential and showcased Montessori principles in practice.

The hybrid event brought together leading experts from around the world for rich dialogue and collaboration in early childhood education.

We were proud to participate in the Childcare & Education Expo Midlands 2022 at the CBS Arena.

We delivered a CPD seminar on Building Confidence in Educators When Faced with Inspection, sharing practical insights.

It was a pleasure meeting so many dedicated professionals and exchanging ideas that strengthen quality practice in early years education.

Childcare & Education EXPO North Event

The Montessori Group was an exhibitor at the Childcare and Education EXPO North event at Bolton Whites Hotel.

The event provided an opportunity for visitors to network with the early years community, discovering fresh approaches to teaching and engagement.

We were also very pleased to have Preeti Patel, our Head of Education, taking part in the Saturday panel discussion on “A flourishing future for the sector – what are the key issues to unlock?”

Nursery World Show

29/30 April 2022 | Business Design Centre, London

Montessori Group was an exhibitor and marketing partner at the 2022 Nursery World Show on 29th and 30th April, at the Business Design Centre in London. It was wonderful to meet colleagues – both old and new – as well as our students and graduates.

Getting the opportunity to connect with familiar faces and forge new relationships – and all in person! – was truly a rewarding experience.

Preeti Patel, Head of Education and Jess O’Brien, Partnerships Manager were both present at the event, meeting the broad range of early years educators, practitioners, students and other professionals that visited our stand.
