Canopy Nepal provides equitable accessibility to education to underprivileged children in Nepal and promotes interactive learning practices used to make informed life decisions.

Canopy Nepal’s vision is a society free of illiteracy, where every child enjoys the right to education and a life of dignity, irrespective of culture, race, or religion. They work to support children with equitable access to quality education and engage them in skill-enhancement where they can be creative, critical, and confident, and gain opportunities to live sustainable and independent lives.

In Nepal, only 27% of students complete the upper secondary level, and others drop out before their final year because of affordability, distance, and poor-quality schooling (UNICEF, 2022).

Canopy Nepal works to solve the core problems of the high dropout rate by enabling equitable access to quality education for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We provide equitable accessibility of education to underprivileged children of Nepal through our long-term scholarship and mentorship program to promote quality education through government adapted interactive storytelling and writing curriculum.
