Montessori Global Education Awards 2023:
Celebrating Education for Social Change

This year, the awards had a special focus on social change initiatives and particularly,
projects making positive difference in their communities across the globe.

Huge congratulations to all who entered this year’s Montessori Global Education Awards!  We were inundated with outstanding applications; thank you to all of you.

We are thrilled to announce the recipients of this year’s prestigious awards. These organisations have demonstrated remarkable dedication, innovation, and a relentless pursuit of positive change. Let’s celebrate their remarkable achievements together!

In addition to the Impact and Change Award winners, we would also like to acknowledge and give special recognition to three exceptional nominees who stood out for their remarkable efforts in innovation and development within emerging practices.

These organisations have pushed the boundaries of what’s possible and have introduced new ideas that hold the potential to shape our future generations. We commend them for their extraordinary contributions!

Trustee Recruitment

We are a diverse, lean, yet responsive organisation on a firm strategic journey to realise ambitious plans to enhance access to high quality education and embed a philosophy of the Montessori Approach globally.

Governed by a Board of Trustees who are accountable for agreeing the strategic direction of our activities, ensuring statutory compliance in respect of data protection, equality and diversity, health and safety, human resources and financial probity. The Board delegates full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the organisation to the Chief Executive Officer.

At this moment in time, the Board wishes to appoint two Montessorians as new Trustees. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a clear, and contemporary understanding of the Montessori Approach through practical applications. Upon appointment, the Trustees’ presence on the Board will complement the skills of its other members.
